What Pricelora Does

Pricelora is a shopping discovery, deal-discovery, price-comparison, and informational service.

Pricelora may display information concerning products, retailers, prices, promotions, coupons, savings, price changes, and other shopping opportunities based on information obtained from retailers, affiliate networks, authorized feeds, APIs, historical observations, and other permitted sources.

Pricelora generally does not sell the products displayed on the service.

Purchases are normally completed directly with third-party retailers.

Prices and Product Information

We work to present accurate and useful information, but retailer information can change at any time.

Prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, taxes, product specifications, coupon eligibility, and other terms may change between the time information is obtained by Pricelora and the time you visit or purchase from a retailer.

The retailer's website and checkout determine the final price, availability, eligibility, shipping charges, taxes, and transaction terms.

You should verify material information with the retailer before purchasing.

Reference Prices and Savings

When Pricelora displays a previous, reference, or comparison price, discount, savings amount, or price-drop information, we seek to base the claim on available evidence from authorized or otherwise permitted sources and/or actual historical observations.

A reference price should not be understood as a guarantee that every customer previously purchased the product at that price.

Historical prices do not guarantee future prices.

Promotions and Coupons

Promotions and coupons may be subject to retailer-specific restrictions, including eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchases, product restrictions, geographic limitations, expiration dates, availability, or other conditions.

Terms such as “up to” describe the scope of the underlying promotion and do not mean every product receives the maximum advertised discount.

Pricelora does not guarantee that a promotion or coupon will apply to your particular purchase.

Always verify eligibility and final pricing with the retailer.

Price History

Price-history information displayed by Pricelora represents observations available to our systems and may not represent every price ever offered by a retailer.

Historical information is provided for shopping research and does not guarantee that a previous price will become available again.

Affiliate Relationships

Pricelora participates in affiliate marketing programs.

Pricelora may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through certain links on our site, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate compensation helps support the operation of Pricelora.

Affiliate relationships do not authorize Pricelora to make false or misleading claims about products, prices, promotions, or retailers.

Independent Retailers

Retailers and brands displayed on Pricelora are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

The appearance of a retailer, brand, trademark, product, or promotion on Pricelora does not by itself mean that the retailer or brand sponsors, endorses, operates, or owns Pricelora.

Likewise, labels such as “verified,” “verified deal,” or “verified promotion” refer to Pricelora's verification or evidence process and should not be interpreted as a statement that the retailer has independently certified or endorsed Pricelora unless expressly stated.

Third-Party Transactions

Any purchase you make through a third-party retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer, subject to the retailer's terms and policies.

The retailer—not Pricelora—is generally responsible for matters including:

• order acceptance;
• payment processing;
• fulfillment;
• shipping and delivery;
• cancellations;
• returns and refunds;
• warranties;
• product support;
• taxes;
• inventory; and
• transaction disputes.

Questions concerning an order should generally be directed to the retailer from which you purchased the product.

Third-Party Websites

Pricelora contains links to websites and services operated by third parties.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, terms, products, or services.

Following a third-party link is at your discretion.

No Guarantee of Availability

Displaying a product, deal, price, or promotion does not guarantee that it remains available.

Retailers may change or withdraw products, inventory, prices, promotions, coupons, or terms without notice to Pricelora.

Informational Service

Pricelora provides shopping information and tools for general informational purposes.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a product, retailer, price, deal, or purchase is appropriate for you.

Acceptable Use

You may use Pricelora for lawful personal and legitimate commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pricelora or its systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• circumvent access controls or security measures;
• use automated systems in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on the service;
• scrape or extract information in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, or technical restrictions;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• use Pricelora for fraud or unlawful activity; or
• misuse Pricelora's trademarks, content, or systems.

Intellectual Property

Pricelora's original software, design, branding, text, organization, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pricelora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, trademarks, logos, images, descriptions, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and may be displayed pursuant to licenses, affiliate arrangements, authorized feeds, APIs, or other applicable rights.

Nothing on Pricelora grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features or content from Pricelora at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, retailer, affiliate relationship, product, promotion, or source will remain available.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pricelora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Pricelora does not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or continuously available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pricelora and its operators, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Pricelora.

Pricelora is not responsible for losses caused by a retailer's pricing changes, product availability, order handling, shipping, returns, product performance, promotion eligibility, or other matters controlled by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Pricelora, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Pricelora, our business, or applicable requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on Pricelora with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of Pricelora after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
